Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India Varanasi- As old a city as Babylon, Varanasi is one of the holiest pilgrimage centres of India. The major ghats lie in between the Rajghat and Assi Ghat. Most of the good hotels are in and around the Cantonment.
