The Windsor Room has a capacity for 40 persons.
The Summit Room has a capacity for 20 persons.
Audio visual equipment i.e. OHP, Slide projector, TV, VCR - Flip charts, black boards available. Video filming of the conference can be arranged on request.
Charges
During Season
1. Rs.3500/- per day plus 10.2% Service Tax.
2. If 30 rooms or more are utilised by the participants, then conference hall becomes complimentary.
During Off Season
1. For conference of 50 pax or more with meals, conference hall is complimentary.
2. If conference is without meals - Rs 2500/- per day plus 10.2% Service Tax.
Charges for conference equipment i.e. OHP, Slide Projector etc. would be Rs 500/- per day plus 10.2% Service Tax.
Tea/coffee with biscuits can be served during the conference at Rs 50/- per person, plus taxes, per serve.
