There are 4 Row Houses on a Plot size of 5000 sq. ft. The entire ground floor is a stilt which is an open space. There is a small garden surrounding the Row Houses. The Row Houses are of two floors. Each floor has a Bathroom + Toilet. Geyser facility is available. Water is available for 24 hours. Car Parking facility is available outside the compound.

Customers can order for Food + Tea + Breakfast for which extra charges will have to be paid as per the order. Locally all the eatables like Vegetables+ Mutton, Chicken, Food-grains are available. Hospital Facility is available at a very short distance. A Temple + Jain Derasar + a mosque are also in the locality.

Auto rickshaws (six seater) for visit to Karla Caves & MTDC water park & boating is available at a very short distance. Valvan Dam is at a walking distance.
