Cuisine : Sterling Lonavala offers a wide variety of dishes – both vegetarian and non-vegetarian - that cover a gamut of cuisines. The local delicacies include Gujarati and Punjabi thalis, mutton / murg kolhapuri, mutton / murg tambada rassa, mutton raada, mutton daalcha, malwani fish curry and fish koli vada. The international cuisines include vegetable au gratin, chicken strognoff, chicken shaslik, chicken cecelia, spaghetti neapolitan, spaghetti florentine and chicken alakieuu.
  
For those of you who prefer vegan, all you need is to inform us in advance and we will have a variety of dishes, like vegetable kolhapuri, vegetable paandra rassa, vegetable masaledar and vegetable mil-juli, ready for you.
