Arayannam (The HouseBoat)
Arayannam, the unique eco friendly houseboat of Backwater Ripples has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, two upper decks and a loft. This fully furnished self contained boat with full crew can take you to the middle of the lake where the still night bathed in moonlight can lull you to sleep while floating on the emerald waters of Vembanadu lake.

Cordon Bleu (Multi-Cuisine Restaurant)
The Cordon Bleu, our multi-cuisine restaurant serves you authentic local delicacies from the Vembanadu lake - 'Karimeen' Pollichathu, (fish wrapped in banana leaves straight from the pan) Prawns, Crabs, Oysters and a variety of products fresh from the lake. The spicy chicken - 'Kozhi Varautharachathu' and the 'Syrian Christian duck Roast' are the traditional local favourites. Exciting and innovative menus offer you the choicest North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes as well.
