The 25 odd bungalows spread over 16 acres of land are perched on the
scenic contours of the lush green mountain top, gently blending with
nature and thus creating the perfect tranquil surroundings. Every bungalow
is furnished with amenities such as Cable TV, refrigerator, backup
electrical supply, linens, laundry service, couple this with our
restaurant and you need only bring your personal items……… and camera of

Located amidst nature, our
dining hall serves a variety of local dishes with lots of Konkan specials
on the menu. All meals are buffet style to allow sampling of the excellent
cuisine.

ways of celebrating Indian festivals such as Ganapti, Diwali(Festival of
Lights) and Holi(Festival of colors) etc. And not to forget the Mangoes
Unlimited Festival which is Aryawarta’s special way of welcoming this king
