The Resort - hotel is situated in a small village called Marungoor.It is on the way from Suchindrum to Rajovoor and this road connects the high ways Nagerkoil - Kanniyakumari and Nagerkoil - Tirunelvelli.

The Lobby cum Reception and the Restaurant built in typical Dravidian style of architecture has an area of 4000 sq.ft. It is open on all sides to enable the guests to enjoy the cool breeze from all directions. The view from the Restaurant is a treat to the eye, wherein you can enjoy the beautiful greenery and the rocky mountains. We serve authentic South Indian. North Indian cuisine, besides Continental and Chinese. The specialty of our Restaurant is fresh sea food from the Ocean and fresh fish from the ponds and rivers nearby. In our 12 acres garden, We grow our own vegetables and fruits. The "View Bar" is perched on top of the rocky mountain with a commanding view of the surroundings taking you to high spirits.

The Swimming pool covers an area of 6400 sq.ft., thereby making it one of the largest swimming pool in any hotel in Tamilnadu. It is of international standard with treated water. If one wants to relax, we have a special Ayurveda Massage center to rejuvenate one's body, mind and soul. An Ayurvedic Doctor is available at our Resort-Hotel. The Resort has four separate massage rooms with qualified masseuse. We have special facilities for yoga and meditation.

The tourist attractions are Kanniyakumari temple, Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Suchindrum Temple, Padmanabhapuram Palace.
