Built on the ramparts of a 16th century Portuguese fortress, the resort is part of a sprawling 88-acre complex overlooking the Arabian Sea. TARIFF 2009

• The above rates are on a room only basis exclusive of all taxes which will be charged additionally as applicable (10% luxury tax as on date). Rates mentioned are per room per night basis.
• Single/ Double Rates are the same.
• Extra Bed INR 1200 per night exclusive of taxes.
• 2 Children below 12 can be accommodated complimentary on room only in parents room without an extra bed.
• Each room can accommodate one extra bed only.
• All rooms can accommodate either 2 adults and 2 children below 12 or 3 adults with an extra bed.
• Minimum length of stay over New Year will be 5 Nights overlapping the 31st night with no check outs on the 31st of December.
• Minimum length of stay over X’Mas will be 3 Nights overlapping the 24th night with no check outs on the 24th of December.
• Mandatory X’Mas Gala Dinner: INR 8000 per person inclusive of all currently applicable taxes, any change in the tax structure will be levied as applicable.
• Mandatory New Year Gala Dinner: INR 11000 per person inclusive of all currently applicable taxes, any change in the tax structure will be levied as applicable.
• Children between the age of 5-12 will be charged 50% of the Gala Dinner, below 5 will not be charged, while above 12 will be charged full rate.
