Hotel The Meadows
is an 11 acre garden resort at Aurangabad
catering to international and domestic leisure and
business travellers.
Comprising 48 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants, a spa, meeting and
other facilities, The Meadows has an idyllic sylvan setting
 surrounded
by farms with mountains in the background. It is the only boutique
offering among all the hotels in Aurangabad.
The Meadows is one of India’s first environment friendly hotels. Its
gardens are home to over 50 species of birds and many varieties of
indigenous and exotic flora and fauna. The Meadows supports
sustainable tourism and implements many environment friendly
measures such as rainwater harvesting, chemical free water
purification and recycling, drip irrigation, organic farming and
solar lighting.
Location
The Meadows is at a prime location - only 6 kms from the
city centre, 5.6 kms from the railway station; the hotel nearest
Waluj Indstrial Centre. The airport is 16 kms - a 20 minute ride
away. The Meadows has the best location among Aurangabad hotels for
tourists due to its proximity to the World Heritage Ellora Caves,
Daulatabad Fort, Ghrishneshwar Temple and Khuldabad.

Deluxe Cottage
 Arranged
in a crescent shape, these quietly elegant rooms are furnished in 3
distinct styles. Each room has its own patio and stone seat, and patch of
lawn. A picture window opens to views of the landscaped gardens or
surrounding hillscape.

Superior Cottage
 These
are located around a garden and water pond. These are more private than
the deluxe cottages, each room has its own patio with garden furniture for
al fresco dining and bird watching. A picture window opens to views of the
landscaped gardens or surrounding hillscape. Special extras:

Suites
Our four themed suites are independently located for maximum privacy, and
arranged gracefully around a water pond and pergola. All suites include
in-room facilites.
The Peacock Suite
 This
is an independent unit located around a pond and garden. A picture window
opens to views of the landscaped gardens or surrounding hillscape. The
suite is decorated with the colours and motifs of the peacock, the
national bird, and a visitor at the hotel! Chattai (mattress) flooring, a
divan with bolsters, treasure chest and ethnic art and accessories
complete the traditional décor of the suite. The patio has a jhoola or
traditional Indian swing. The bathrooms are finished in intricate mosaic
tiles in complimentary colours.
The English Suite
This independent unit is located in a private corner of the estate,
surrounded by flowering bushes. Mellow wooden floors, traditional armchair
with footstool, valet stand and original artwork help to create the
ambience of an English country home. This suite has a master bedroom and
an additional twin bedded room, both en suite. Cane furniture on the porch
is useful for al fresco dining.
The Rustic Suite
 Independently
located for maximum privacy, this suite has a master bedroom and
additional bedroom, both en suite. Rough stone floors, hand woven fabrics
and rugs, textured wood and hand cast wrought iron fixtures give this
suite a rustic, but welcoming cosy feel.
The Lotus Suite
This standalone cottage overlooks a water pond and stepped garden. Accents
in the deep green and pale pinks of the lotus, along with lotus icons give
this suite a sophisticated Indian look.
