is spread over the Main Resort and the Beach House with a total of 30 rooms. The Main resort has a
9 Mediterranean style cottages and 13 Deluxe double Rooms. The Beach House has a colonial style architecture with 5 different types of self-contained rooms. Both the Main Resort and the Beach House have direct access to the beach with a view of Shivaji's famous Kasa fort and the Nawab's Palace. |

Children's Room, Two English bathrooms and Private sit out with a view of the beach. |

House :
The Beach House has direct access to the beach with a view of the Shivaji's famous Kasa fort and the Nawab's
Palace. All the rooms in the beach house are Non-AC Rooms without Television. |

The Beach House has five spacious units each having individual entrances and consisting of One Triple, three Standard and one Double Room with Following
facilities :

- A common sitout
