The Golden Swan Beach Resort
is spread over the Main Resort and the Beach House with a total of 23 rooms. The Main resort has a 6 Mediterranean style cottages and 12 Deluxe double Rooms. The Beach House has a colonial style architecture with 5 different types of self-contained rooms. Both the Main Resort and the Beach House have direct access to the beach with a view of Shivaji's famous Kasa fort and the Nawab's Palace. |

The 6 Cottages have facilities like : Large Master Bedroom, A Sofa cum Bed,
Children's Room, Two English bathrooms and Private sit out with a view of the beach. |

Deluxe Double Rooms:
Twelve Mediterranean style Deluxe Rooms with facilities like attached
bathrooms. Interconnecting rooms are also available for extra persons |

The Beach House has direct access to the beach with a view of the Shivaji's famous Kasa fort and the Nawab's
Palace. All the rooms in the beach house are Non-AC Rooms without Television. |

The Beach House has five spacious units each having individual entrances and consisting of One Triple, three Standard and one Double Room with Following
facilities :

- English baths,
- A common sitout
